About

Mindful Agile is an experiential training program designed to help participants develop emotional intelligence and mindfulness practices within the corporate environment.

Focused on building awareness of self, others, and situations, participants learn mindfulness strategies and practices to improve communication, build resiliency skills, and cultivate continuous insight-building.

Initial Challenges

  • Don’t break something that is already highly effective.

What I Did

  • Retroed with primary facilitator to assess content, cadence, and flow, as well as evaluating experience of administrative tasks.

  • Restructured content to improve virtual classroom engagement, content cadence, and overall flow.

  • Redesigned activities for the virtual classroom.

  • Performed task analysis with redesigned activities, implementing feedback to improve experience.

  • Applied UX laws to content editing, improving informational clarity and touch-based participant interaction.

  • Coached facilitator in presentation practices focusing on confident, clear communication.

  • Provided facilitation support for product launch.

  • Engaged in A/B testing within internal marketing campaign.

Outcome and point of focus.

Final Solution

  • Revising content strategy and increasing the number of interactive touch points E2E lead to increased participant engagement in all phases of the training (6 hours total).

  • Increasing visibility during activities fueled group interaction, encouraged spontaneous feedback between participants, and led to new opportunities for individual discovery.

  • Facilitator reported significant increased feelings of confidence and competency with this training.

  • Translating this training into a virtual classroom provides the support needed for a large, mostly virtual workforce.
